The July/August 2017 issue of PI Magazine contained an article I wrote titled, “Investigating Intellectual Property (IP) Theft.

The article presents an overview of the IP Theft problem, case studies, and specifics examples of how private investigators can be of service to brand owners in the fight against IP crime.

Ron Alvarez is a licensed private investigator and IP investigations specialist in New York City. He is a former NYPD lieutenant where he investigated robbery, narcotics, internal affairs, and fine art cases. Ron is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and earned a B.A. in Government and Public Administration from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in Manhattan.
